A: You can create an account by clicking on the ‘Sign Up’ button at the top right corner and following the registration process.
Q: What payment methods do you accept?
A: We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and direct (bank transfers, if you are struggling to complete an order).
Q: Is my personal information secure with your website?
A: Yes, we use the latest encryption technologies to ensure that your personal information is secure and confidential.
Q: Can I change my order once it's been placed?
A: Yes, you can change your order if we haven’t already posted, the sooner you get in touch the higher chance of being able to change an order. Please contact our customer service team for assistance.
Q: What should I do if I receive a defective product?
A: Please contact us immediately with a photo of the defect, we see if it can be sorted via email, if not we will send a paid return postage label for you to return to us.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after ordering?
A: Please contact our customer service as soon as possible to change the address before your order is dispatched.
Q: How long does it take to process a refund?
A: Refunds are processed straight away but can take 7-10 business days to run through the banking system.
Q: How can I track my order?
A: Once your order is dispatched, we’ll email you a tracking link. Tends to be just before 4pm Mon – Fri.

Q: Do you offer international shipping?
Unfortunately we don’t, since Brexit and various rules on vaping it has made it very difficult to get packages through customs in various countries.
Q: How do I leave a review for a product?
A: After purchasing, you’ll receive an email inviting you to review the product, you can also go to products to leave a review.
Q: Can I order a product that is out of stock?
A: You can sign up for a back-in-stock notification on the product page.
