# 🚚 Delivery & Shipping Information

At Rainbow Vapes, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and at the best possible rate. Please take a moment to read through our shipping details below.

# 🎉 Free Delivery Offer

We’re pleased to reward our customers with **two levels of free tracked delivery**:

✅ Spend **£35 or more** – get **FREE Royal Mail Tracked 48 Delivery**

✅ Spend **£100 or more** – get **FREE Royal Mail Tracked 24 Delivery**

_(Both offers are applied automatically at checkout.)_

## 📦 Order Processing

Orders placed **before 3:15pm (Monday – Friday)** are dispatched the **same day**.

Orders placed after this time, or on weekends/bank holidays, will be shipped the **next working day**.

## 📮 Delivery Services

We use **Royal Mail** for all deliveries.

### Standard Options (for smaller items such as 10ml bottles & flavour concentrates)

**Royal Mail 1st Class** – Estimated delivery in **1–3 working days**.

**Royal Mail 2nd Class** – Estimated delivery in **3–5 working days**.
_(These are not tracked services, but they offer the lowest cost for lighter orders.)_

### Tracked Options

**Royal Mail Tracked 24** – Full tracking from dispatch to delivery. While not guaranteed, around **91% arrive the next day** according to Royal Mail. Includes **Sunday deliveries**.

**Royal Mail Tracked 48** – Reliable, cost-effective tracked service. Usually delivered within **2–3 working days**.

📌 Please note: Delivery times are **estimates only** and not guaranteed.
📌 No deliveries are made on **Bank Holidays**.

## 💰 Postage Charges

Because our product range varies in size and weight, we cannot apply a single flat rate to all orders.

If your order contains items with different shipping bands (e.g., small bottles alongside larger products), the **highest applicable postage rate** will apply.

Our postage charges are based on the **updated Royal Mail rates (November 2024)** and are automatically calculated at checkout.

## 🌍 Where We Deliver

We currently ship to addresses **within the UK only**.

Unfortunately, due to increasing customs restrictions, we no longer send parcels outside the UK.
