Our Tracked 24 service offers continuous parcel tracking. Although not guaranteed, Royal Mail statistics show that 91% of these parcels are delivered the next day, including Sundays.

Be aware that delivery times may be extended due to bank holidays.

For orders containing higher-priced shipping items and items such as 10ml bottles or flavour concentrates, the total postage will default to the higher-priced item.

Delivery Locations

Rainbow Vapes offers delivery services exclusively within the United Kingdom.

Due to a significant number of shipments being detained by customs, we have ceased international deliveries.

Returns for defective, damaged, or missing goods

1). If you have a defective product or missing an item, please email us. Claims must be made within 48 hours, and you must keep all packaging for the return.

2). Once Rainbowvapes receives the returned goods, if applicable, they will be inspected & tested,

• if the product is defective, we can offer a refund or replacement
• If damage is caused by misuse, accidental damage, wear and tear, or if the product does not work, no refund can be given, and you will have to pay additional postage to get the product back.
• coils & disposable vape returns will only be accepted if dead on arrival.

3). While you have the goods you owe them, you must organise shipping for the return; if the goods are deemed faulty after inspection, we will refund the return postage.

We will refund return shipping up to the value of 2nd class Royal Mail.

4). We will only refund our lowest-priced shipping option if you initially paid for a faster delivery.
