Once Rainbowvapes receives the returned goods (where applicable), the items will be inspected and tested.

If the product is confirmed to be defective, we will offer a replacement or refund, depending on your preference and product availability.

If the product is found to be damaged due to misuse, accidental damage, general wear and tear, or unauthorised modifications, no refund or replacement will be issued.

If you wish to have such an item returned to you, additional postage costs will apply.

Coils and disposable vapes can only be returned if they are dead on arrival (DOA) and unused.

3️⃣ Return Shipping

While the goods remain in your possession, you are responsible for their care and for arranging the return delivery.

If the goods are confirmed to be faulty upon inspection, we will refund the cost of return postage, up to the value of Royal Mail 2nd Class.

Please ensure items are securely packaged to prevent further damage during transit.

4️⃣ Refund of Original Postage

If your return is accepted, we will refund postage based on our lowest standard delivery rate, even if you originally selected a faster delivery option.
